If you would like the Richards Trailer at a large venue like a festival or concert, we would be interested.
Unfortunately we can't bring the concession trailer to private events. It is a several hour process to set up our concession trailer and several hours to tear down. My maintenance person is in charge of setting it up (towing it, unhooking, leveling, hooking up to electric and water, etc.) and we have managers that move the cooking items and food to the trailer and take them back to the restaurant. For these reasons, we usually only attend large events that last 4 or more hours. And we have a minimum $1000 sales to attend to justify all of the work it takes. We also require a very specific 50 amp concession trailer electric plug which so far, in Butler County, only the city of Hamilton and the Butler County Fairgrounds currently can accommodate. It's not like a food truck that is run by a generator and can easily be moved around. Thank you for thinking of Richards! We usually do catering for the number of guests you are expecting.
